1) I use flash (I think it was cs3, but honestly MX would've done the same thing). Even the background was flash, but I printed it off frame by frame, traced it, scanned it back in and re-put it together. 2) 3 years at RMIT Melbourne in a Bachelor of Animation and interactive media. This course has wonderful staff. 3) I try to do as many as I can on my own. All the voices (and grunts and screams) I recorded, but I also used sounds from sound effects CD's.
@02:36omg i loved this, im studying indsutrial design and my creativity is saying exactly the same thing... all of ME is, lol.ur great... i just found ur video on the DD, congrats btw, and ive been watching all the other ones lol
I've done that a few times, like my brain says something and I'm completely unable of saying it... like the other day my sister asked me a question, and I had a really good answer, but I just kept saying the first two words of the sentence over and over, then burst into laughter and she walked away!
Well that's good, my best friend has those sort of moments a bit more often than anyone I know. lol, it's funny cuz last time I saw her do it was when she was talking to her Mum, and her Mum hit her on the arm and said "I didn't raise you to talk like that!!"
We both also tend to do that really annoying thing where you hear ppl talking in internet lingo, like saying "lol" or "rofl"
But at least we can understand one another, it's good to have at least one person in your life who knows what you're goin on about :3
@02:36haha, this is awesome. I love the expressions you used on his face. and you made him talk very smooth, I'm learning to do the right mouths for speaking and I think it's really hard. I'd love to know how many different mouths youve drawn for it ^^ the dialog is very funny, too. and I could understand it, so everything was okay.
@02:36thank you so much for the answer and this great lip-sync sheet. would you mind if I use it as a reference too? (I've never seen this sheet before, so maybe you did it on your own? I used reference from a special school book so far and the other stuff you can find on idleworm) I've seen, I forgot to fav this great piece of yours, so I'll do that quickly now.
@02:36I define artists block as: When the task you were meant to be doing ends up ABOUT your artists block My lecturer said that though it was good, "I'd used up all my bitching-about-the-assignment-points for the rest of my course"

That's really creepy... I thought I answered your comment a good week or so ago... spooky... Anyways, THANKYOU! I thought he was more cute than grumpy. And (because I thought I answered your other comment too) It's not that I don't have an imagination, it's just he was hating me terribly when I made that. Thanks for your wonderfull comments!
